Starter Pack:

Quarterly charge £10.00+call charges +vat

We will provide you with your own unique 020 London or regional telephone number. You can display this number on all your stationery and marketing media (such as websites and advertising). All calls will be diverted to your mobile or landline for you to answer.

The business telephone number service costs £10.00 plus VAT per quarter. Call forwarding will be charged at our supplier's standard rates with a 20% markup. Typically, we will charge just under 4 pence per minute to divert calls to a UK or European line. Please ask us for details for any particular location.

The contract period is quarterly

To Summarise:

  • 020 London or regional telephone number - £10.00 +vat for 3 months (quarterly).
  • 24/7 call divert charges: Supplier rates +20% mark up. Typical charges are just under 4 pence per minute (dependent on location).
  • Contract period: quarterly.
  • Payment – Call charges are payable monthly and the telephone number is payable every 3 months (quarterly).

Small Business Pack:

£10+vat per month for call answering+ call charges. £10 per quarter for telephone number. Includes up to 15 calls per month, after that each call answered will be charged at £0.35 (35 pence) +vat.

We will provide you with your own unique 020 London or regional telephone number. You can display this number on all your stationery and marketing media (such as websites and advertising).

Call answering – Our international call centre will answer your calls in your company name and in accordance with your instructions during normal business hours; 9 a.m - 5 p.m Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our receptionists will transfer and announce the call to you or, if you are not available or decline the call, will take a message and either email or sms the details to you immediately.

Out of hours calls- Your calls will be greeted with a recorded message in your name or be diverted to a landline or mobile, as you require. Messages that are left for you will be sent to you the next day by email or sms.
