Certification, Notarisation and Apostille services

For our overseas customers, and to support overseas transactions, we offer the following certification services.

Apostilled documents

Documents will be notarised by a notary public or solicitor and then sent to the Foreign Commonwealth Office for certification. The process normally takes 2 weeks but can be expressed.

Certificate of good standing

If requested, Companies House will certify that a company has filed all the paperwork that it is due to file and has paid all its fees.

Certification and Notarisation

Each page of a company's formation documents will be certified either by a solicitor or a notary public.
