Users of our service are given a free company administration portal. The portal will allow you to manage the administration of your companies and form new ones. In particular you can.

  • File your Annual Return online
  • Appoint and resign directors
  • Change directors’ details
  • Change registered office details.
  • Change a company name
  • Download your company’s statutory information in digital form
  • Purchase additional services for your company.

If you are an existing customer, you can log in to your account with your user name and password. Login

If you are a new customer and don’t yet have an account with us, you can create one. If you have the web authentication codes, you can import your companies into your new account and manage them. To create your account simply follow the link and complete the application form. Account Registration

Free online client area to manage your companies

Rapid Formations offers a free admin portal which lets clients maintain, develop and oversee their companies online. Using this facility, clients can manage existing companies, and also incorporate new ones without having to re-enter their information time after time. The portal is also available to non-customers of Rapid Formations (for free!).

What you can do in the admin portal

  • Check on the progress of your company registration as it goes through the approval process.
  • View the full details of your company or companies at any time online.
  • Manage your companies online by filing Annual Returns and making changes to the officers, etc.
  • Set up a new limited company without the need to re-enter the same information each time
  • Import an existing company to allow you to manage it and make changes free of charge.
  • View your orders: incomplete / in progress / completed.
  • Claim your cashback when you have successfully opened your business bank account
  • View and download your digital company incorporation documents - wherever you may be.
  • Purchase additional services and products, eg. Printed and bound documents, address services etc.
  • View your payment and invoice history, renew services and set up payment authority.

Access for existing customers.

If you are an existing customer, access to your online admin area can be gained by clicking on the ‘client login’ button at the top of our website pages, and entering your email address and password that was sent to you by email when you formed your first company with Rapid Formations.

Access for new customers.

If you are not an existing customer of Rapid Formations, that’s not a problem! You can still access our Admin Portal and import your existing companies, allowing you to manage them online. And it’s absolutely free!

Access for new customers is straightforward: Click on the ‘client login’ button at the top of our website pages and then select ‘create account’. You will then be asked to complete a short application form, after which you will be taken to your own account area in the admin portal. Click here to create an account
